By accessing or using Hearth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not medical advice
Hearth provides skin analysis and personalised skincare recommendations for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical skin concerns.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription and billing
Hearth Pro is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers — contact support within 30 days of your first charge to request a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to interact with the platform without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, algorithms, and software on the Hearth platform are the property of Hearth Technologies Ltd. The skin profile and routine data generated for you is yours — we claim no ownership over your personal data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
