Example output. Your results are personalized.

Your scan returns a measurable baseline — hydration, sensitivity, texture, redness, pore visibility. We use it to calibrate phase one.

The process

How it works

  1. 1

    Scan

60 seconds, one photo per track

  2. 2

    Quiz

2 minutes, real questions, no upsells

  3. 3

    Routine

5 phases over ~5 months, each calibrated when you're ready

  4. 4

    Adapt

Daily check-ins drive whether the routine advances. Irritation auto-holds the phase.

No five-month plan upfront. Each phase is written when your check-ins show the last one is working — not on a calendar.

Two tracks. One app. Both included.

Skin and hair work on completely different rhythms. We treat them that way.

Skincare

A face scan measures hydration, sensitivity, texture, redness and pore visibility. The plan goes from barrier repair to targeted actives — never the other way round.

  • Photo-based skin score
  • Per-concern phase progression
  • Irritation gate auto-holds the routine if your skin isn't ready
  • AM/PM/weekly step structure

Haircare

Hair and scalp photos read scalp condition and visible damage. Curl type, porosity and density aren’t things a photograph can settle — porosity comes from the quiz, and the rest we leave alone rather than guess.

  • Two-photo scan: hair length + scalp
  • Scalp-focused first phase
  • Adapts for color treatment, heat use, wash frequency
  • Same 5-phase structure

Porosity can't be reliably determined from a photo. We collect it via the quiz, not by faking analysis.

Honest pricing

Free tier is useful. Pro tier is fair. Lifetime exists because early users deserve it.

Questions, answered.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

More than a quiz, less than a dermatologist in the room. It reports its confidence, and says so when it’s unsure. What’s visible — hydration, redness, texture, pores — it reads consistently. What isn’t, like porosity, comes from the quiz rather than a guess.

Is my photo stored?

No — not by default and not at all. Photos are analysed and discarded the moment the scan finishes; only the analysis is kept. There’s nothing stored to leak, delete, or train on. If we ever build visual progress tracking, it will be opt-in.

What if you see something medical?

Anything that looks medical — cystic acne, rosacea-like patterns, suspicious moles, scalp inflammation — is flagged in your scan, and we tell you to see a dermatologist. We don’t diagnose and we don’t prescribe.

Why 5 phases and not just 'give me a routine'?

Adding every active on day one is how skin gets worse. Barrier first, one active at a time, escalation based on tolerance — that’s how serious protocols work. If your skin reacts, the routine holds itself.

Can I do skincare and haircare separately?

Yes — they’re independent. Skincare only, haircare only, or both. Each has its own scan, quiz, routine and check-ins, and they don’t share phases: your skin’s month 3 might be a different month for your hair.

How is this different from the skincare apps I've tried?

Most apps lock you into a catalogue. Hearth names ingredient categories first — “a gentle ceramide moisturizer” — with specific products optional. No affiliate kickbacks, so your routine is calibrated to your skin and not to inventory.

Can I cancel?

Yes — one tap from settings. No win-back flow, no exit survey. Cancel mid-trial and you’re not charged; cancel a paid plan and you keep access until the period ends.

Is this safe for sensitive skin / rosacea / eczema-prone?

Foundation is barrier repair only — no actives, no fragrance — and later phases adapt to the sensitivity you report. If you have an active flare, or a dermatologist is treating something specific, pause and come back when your skin is stable.

Stop guessing.

Take a 60-second scan. See what your skin actually needs. Decide from there.
